This is a good idea, but when I install a new server I must
assign a new name to the server. The Outlook clients points on the old server
name. In wich way can I redirect the Outlook calls to the new e2k ?

I would suggest that you install a new exchange server
in the same domain and move the mailboxes and public folders over there. Then
uninstall the other exchange server and delete it from the organization
