Hi Mark, I put a value of 500,000 kb in the Issue warning field of my Default Storage Limit Policy. I then applied it to the appropriate mailbox stores and gave it a schedule to run every evening. The warnings are being sent to all users who have 250,000 kb or greater mailboxes rather than those users who have 500,000 kb or greater. If I set the value to less than 250,000 kb then the policy behaves as expected. It appears to me that exchange 2003 does not "pay attention" to limits above 250,000 kb regarless of the value I choose for the Issue Warning. That's what I meant by a "hard limit". I know it sounds crazy but I have to support mailboxes larger than 250 Megabytes.
