I am working on setting up a helpdesk software on a Linux box and am
curious as the mail settings I need some help on getting mail to flow to
the linux box.

I am using the smtp server to pass mail from the Linux box to my
Exchange address, but the problem is the other way.

Do I just setup a mail enabled contact in Exchange? I guess I need
something in my /etc/aliases file on my linux box for the mail address
correct?

Using Exchange 2003 and also Exim4
