On your server in the SMTP log, it will show what the sending server announced itself (HELO) as along with the IP. BTW, that answer from them unfortunately is the attitude many take, "It is your problem, not ours." Yes their servers are not sending, using, Sender ID. according to their Exchange Admin, who called me. To say that I should white list them as he is not changing their servers. Now my problem is how do I white list them for Sender ID. I do not see a place to do this in Message Delivery Properties. Any suggestions? The DNS report you listed means nothing in this case, since they are sending out through a different server from what they are receiving on. What you need to do is review the log or if the postmaster message includes the sending (email) server HELO. This is what is wrong.
