The Licensing issue is quite real, not bogus at all.

If you re-read my post, it was posted as a question of why not do this.
Question, Why not try this? Then some one can post an answer, it is not
possible. End of that. See, it was a question. I did not say "Do this".

Oh, and by the way, we are indeed not helping if some one proposes to do
something that could be illegal/costly/unethical/immoral/etc and we do
not
speak up and make sure that that person is aware of it.
