There are no 'delivery options' for contacts. (which is what I was asking
about). There *should* be though, that would make everything very easy.

The problem is that in *nix this is very easy, and we do it all the time.
You just make an alias, and then add an entry into the LDAP database.
Exchange Servers should have the same functionality.
