Public folders

On E2K, if you are running public folders and Joe User deletes a file
stored there, how do you recover it? I know you can do a full public
folder restore, but that seems like overkill and you lose any new data
that was put on the deleted file. I can also see not knowing who Joe
User is that deleted the file if it's used by multiple people. Any
ideas?
