All of the folders are in trouble(we have hundreds of folders)...I open the
logs as max. but no error message is displayed.

I too have had lots of problems which replicating public folders to new
servers. Never did find a way to check what was going on - wasted days on it.
Tried asking questions on this list but got no response.
What I did find was that messages added after setting up replication were
usually replicated, but older messages were not. Work-a-round that I use now
is to set up the replication and then remove all content from the folder in
question and feed it back a few messages at a time. This may not be practical
if you have hundreds, but ....
