First of all, you must check the time zone on all client workstations.

Are the client workstations all set with the same timezone information and

Good Morning, 
I have public folders set up for several calendars for users, and
appointments, etc. are not showing the same time on all client
workstations.....anyone know why, and what I can do to fix this?
