Make a mailbox with that address and from the forwarding options of the
mailbox choose the specific public folder you want.

How can I create a rule that all e-mail going to
PUBLICFOLDERNAME@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx goes to a certain public folder?  For
example:

FAXMACHINE1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx email ==> Public Folders\All Public
Folders\FaxMachine1\
