[ExchangeList] Public Folder Synchronisation between 2007 and 2003

-------------------------------------------------------Hello,
i have a very strange problem on pubFolder replication. i have two
Mail-Servers, one with ex 2k3 and one with ex 2k7SP2. Public Folders are
synchronised on both Servers.
If the Mail reaches through the ex 2k3 server, mail is deliverd "as is".
But if the mail reaches through the ex 2k7 server, the mail is beeing
converted from text/plain to multipart email with text/plain and text/html.
The result is, that the email format in the folder depends on the
Server. Not good at all.
how can i stop this transformation?
