Public Folder Permissions Question

Hello:

I am setting up public folders (mostly calendars) and have a few questions.

1) Can nested public folders be set to inherit Client Permissions (as with
the file structure)? If so, how?

2) How do you apply Client Permissions to an account that is hidden from the
GAL? (Similarly, how do you setup an Outlook Exchange account for a hidden
user?)

3) Can you add a user to Client Permissions if they don’t have a mailbox? (I
think I know the answer to this one).

4) Any online references on this stuff?

Thanks.
