Personal folders can be stored anywhere, as can PST files. Usually they
are stored on the local machine, but they could be stored on the
Exchange server, probably not in the Exchange hierarchy.

Are we saying here that the limit for all PSTs are 2GB, whether there
are on the Exchange server or locally? I use Outlook 2002.
