cannot open because Im not authenticated in Microsoft Exchange Server.
You need to log into your Windows 98 machine using the same
username/password as you would if you were logging into the domain. If
you use the Escape key to bypass the login then you won't be able to run
Outlook. It's very inconvenient with Windows 9x because you sometimes
have to wait for the login process to time out when looking for the
server.
