Problem with log in

None of the users could log into our test box (win2k exch 2k)this morning, the 
event application log had the following entry for each failed attempt:

Logon Failure on database "First Storage Group\Mailbox Store (SUPPORT)" - 
Windows 2000 account TECHSUPP\test5; mailbox /o=valemail/ou=First 
Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=test66.

Error: 1010 

A reboot sorted the problem. Obviously I don't want to be rebooting once we get 
into production, whats the cause of this and how do I fix ?
