Problem with Exchange Pop3 connecter of SBS 2003

I have problem with SBS 2003. This is a premium upgrade from SBS 2000 to
SBS 2003.

Earlier I never had this issue.

The problem is mail download (Exchange POP connecter) stops
automatically. Where as the service shows that it is running, but mails
does not get downloaded.

To solve I have to restart Exchange system attendant service.


Any ideas any clues????
