Problem removing extra created public folder

Hello,
I have created an extra public folder on my Exchange 2003 SP2 server.
Now I want to delete that again but I am not able to. When I try to delete
the public folder store I get the message that I need to move all replicas
to another server. But I do not have one. As long as the store is not
removed I am not able to remove the storage group and the public folder
tree.
