Might want to try deleting it in OWA. I found this in an other newsgroup that may help. Try the Mdbvu32 utility which is located on the Microsoft Exchange Server CD. This utility (Mdbvue32.exe) can be used to delete the items. For more information about Mdbvu32 utility, please refer to the following article: 316279.KB.EN-US XGEN: Tools That Are Included with the Exchange 2000 Server CD-ROM http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;en-us;Q316279 -----Original Message----- From: Dan Crain [mailto:DanC@xxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, March 17, 2003 12:41 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Problem deleting an email http://www.MSExchange.org/ Don't see this very much but I have a user with an email from American Express that is in his list but won't show a message and you can't delete it. Any ideas on how to easily get rid of it. I have Exchange Server 2000 Server and Outlook 2000 on the computer. Thanks for your help in advance.
