Since I am not alone, I believe it is MS thing.  Sorry, I don't have any

                        We ran the scan for it and came up clean.....
then installed the patch....

                                We also started experiencing a similar
issue.... from OWA users can access email... internally they can access
email.... externally they get an error indicating the Exchange server is
not available....
