Acutally we are at wits end.... for the life of us we don't know why this is 
happening....

                We ran the scan for it and came up clean..... then installed 
the patch....

                                We also started experiencing a similar 
issue.... from OWA users can access email... internally they can access 
email.... externally they get an error indicating the Exchange server is not 
available....
