You have to install the Exchange System Manager on the server where you
create the new account. This helps the server to realize there is an
Exchange server and automatically adds the mailbox for the account.
Otherwise you'll have to create the mailbox manually and bind it to the
account you have previously created.

Dear all 
When I creat any new account in server My Exchange 2000 server is not
generating email address automatically. As I have created new recipient
policy but problem could not resolve.

Can any one is having idea for this kind of problem. 

Please advice.
