Firstly, you need to change the title of you post to your own, and not
to use the previous poster's title. 

 

Next, you should create a SMTP connector and associate it to your SMTP
Virtual Server. SMTP Connector is used for your outgoing mail and
incoming mail. Within the SMTP Connector, there is settings to limit who
could and could not send via the connector. Hence you will be limiting
how mails go out to internet.

        I have exchange server 2003 and I have a list of accounts where
I want to prevent them to send an external emails "Out of company
