Prevent mail server being used as Mail relay (Urgent)

hi all,
i have an Exchange 2000 mail server , can anybody tell me how can i prevent
my mail server from being used as a mail relay?
may current "Relay Ristriction" Page as follow
(Only the list below) has been selected
(checked) "Allow all computers which successfully authinticate to relay
,regardless the list above" has been selected
is there any thing missed or there is any other things i have to do??
