Have you got Internet Explorer configured to use a Proxy Server? If you have make sure you have go into Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings, make sure the bypass proxy for local addresses is checked, also click on the Advanced button and in the exceptions box enter the name of your Exchange server.
