Have you got Internet Explorer configured to use a Proxy Server?

If you have make sure you have go into Tools > Internet Options >
Connections > LAN Settings, make sure the bypass proxy for local addresses
is checked, also click on the Advanced button and in the exceptions box
enter the name of your Exchange server.

Hope this helps
