POP3 Problem with Exchange and Eudora

Has anyone had any problems with using pop3 email clients with Exchange
5.5?  The users who use Eudora as their email client and have accounts on
Exchange are getting a message that Eudora is tired of waiting for a
connection. I have found this message in the Application Event log on the
server:

An unauthenticated POP3 client 10.x.x.x issued the following command:
CAPA.
What does this mean?
