I would suggest using a DNS entry as opposed to hard coding an IP

Subject: [ExchangeList] POP Server IP Changed

Dear All

One of our clients is using POpcon to download emails to Exchange
server. Their POP server IP has changed. Just wanted to know if there is
way to change POP server IP of all the users configured in Popcon in one
go.

Sincerely,

Shamshad Ahmad
