Owa access problem

Hi all,
I have Exch 2k and i configured the new server, but I cannot access my OWA from 
IE. On the previous server it worked, but now is not. The new server is the 
same like the old one, my MX is associated with the public IP, i created 
another http server, but when i access from IE it says 'cannot find the server 
/DNS error'. Does somebody know why i get this error??
