Outlook not showing graphics in HTML Mail

Hi
Small problem with a couple of outlook installs.
Outlook 2003, E2K3.
On a couple of workstations in this network, Ourlook will not display
graphics, just the holder box with the red x in the corner.
I have deleted and recreated the profiles, made no difference. Really
annoying.
The spam filter is set to download on right click, thet prompts, but
when right clicked, no pictures.
This happens whether in cached mode or not.
