Just wondering if anyone has experienced this problem installing outlook
2001 on a macintosh:

"Network connection is unavailable or your network settings are not correct"

This is of course totally false. Network settings are correct and I'm able
to get to every other resource on the network. It's not setup any different
than any other machine I have setup in recent days. I do assume there is
something it's conflicting with in the system. I would like to avoid having
to reinstall the system since that is very tedious and I can expect flack
from the user when I do. I would much prefer like to find what it's really
conflicting with and just eliminate that factor if possible.

any help would be much appreciated.

Charles
