Here's one way to do it: change the view of the contacts folder to 'Phone
List', then click on the 'Business' column header to sort it by that.

I think this'll be a yes or no. I have a client (the same one as yeserday)
that requires his Public Contacts Folder to be able to be sorted by
Company (A-Z) rather than Full Name. I've looked but can't see a way to do
this. I know he can use the Find option and request on Company field.
Hope some one can answer ay or nay.
