Check and see if you have the registry key
.....MACHINE/software/Microsoft/Rpc/ClientProtocols. There should be 5
string values. Copy them from another machine if they are missing.

I have a Outlook 2K SP1 over Win2K SP3 client whose e-mail locks up just
after Outlook is opened. OWA to her account is fine. I blew away her
profile. Still does it. It does it even when logged on as Admin. What
could be causing this? I am running Exchange 5.5 SP4 over Win2K SP3 at
the server. I have reloaded Outlook twice.
