I did this and it brought up Permissions for Outlook Security Settings.
I am not familiar with these settings. I thought it was odd that
administrator and myself showed up, but had no permissions. What should
I be looking for here? Thanks!

Before clicking on the Client Permissions button, hold down CTRL-K for
more granular/NTFS permissions.
