Of course you know that once you create your new PST, you can import all
data from your existing PST. But I would suggest that you don't even
have your existing PST or any of its data in the configuration before
testing with new PST!

The user is always logged on and their workstation remains on, even
overnight (although it is locked). Most of the messages contain
attachments. Although we have deleted and recreated the rules I don't
think we have ever created a new PST file. I will try that. Thanks.
