Hi,

 

Are you able to ping the mailserver once you're connected to the vpn
connection?  Also if you are connected via vpn the outlook setup must be
pointing to the internal ip of the mailserver not to your public ip.

Hi,

    I have a server with exchange 2000 and other server with isa server,
in this server i have a vpn connection. So, my question is: it's
possible received emails with outlook 2002 outside company???With OWA i
can received emails without any problems but with Outlook 2002 i
can't!!!Appears the message that the Exchange Server is
unavailable!!!!!!!
