RE: Outlook Help

Can you connect to a different mailbox with his machine (and another
account?)  If so, it sounds like something with his account on the server.
It's not normal, but it might be worthwhile to try disassociating the user
object from the mailbox and then reconnecting it to see if you can reset
whatever is strange about it.  It might be that you need to remove the data
and create a new one, but that's a bit extreme.

Thanks Al for your input. He uses Outlook 2000. His e-mails are scanned from
the Exchange server. I have tried to isolate this  issue by using different
desktops/operating systems and I still get the same problem. It only occurs
for that particular user.
