This is FES and BES environment with clustering. One of my users is getting the following error message on every send/receive in MS Outlook (Version 2003), "Task ' Microsoft Exchange Server - Receiving ' reported error (0*8004060C) : 'The message store has reached its maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this message store, select some items that you no longer need, and permanently (Shift + Del) delete them.'" This error message is getting on one particular Mailbox it means the mailbox store is Ok and I have also checked and confirmed that mailbox store is Ok. If I moved the mail delivery from PST to mailbox than its working fine but if I will again set delivery to PST than the same error message I gets. I have recreated the PST already. Please suggest !!! -- Thanks and Regards, Shorabh S. Upadhyay Engineer - Exchange Server Support Progressive Infotech (P) Ltd. # +91-9891535899
