A new profile fixes the few we see here. For my money, it's a lot faster to have someone remote the machine and fix it. We might see 10 of these a year with 3000 Outlook users. Users keep losing the ability to autocomplete addresses within Outlook 2007. I have seen a few post around, talking about corrupt profiles, but if this occurs so often, shouldnt MS offer a patch? or is there one out there.
