I am missing something here re. cached mode ? I have a client with a laptop that 5 users logon to retrieve their exchange e-mail and it has been working ok as far as I know. They do use this laptop off the network. However when a different user log's back on, the e-mail profile that was working ok for that user is then missing ? Any idea's for me to follow up ? Outlook is configured for e-mail server storage. Simon
