Dhirenda, What is your question? The attached word document, which is a bit risky for Exchangelist users to open (Word has been used maliciously before) only contains the error message - "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. You must connect to your Microsoft Exchange Server computer with the current profile before you can synchronize your folders with your offline folder file. " It would be better in the future for you to type out the message as I have done before. In my recent experiences with migrating users from logging on to their computers directly and adding them into the domain, it looks as though the user that is logged on to this computer did not logon to the domain, but instead logged on to their local computer or their computer is not yet part of the domain. If their computer is not part of the domain - someone with administrative authority will have to add the computer to the domain. Perhaps you could provide a little more detail?
