You were told correctly. Exmerge currently only supports ANSI PSTs (upto about 2 GB in size). Outlook 2003, by default, creates Unicode PSTs (which has no practical physical limit, but are currently only supported up to about 20 GB). Just open Outlook under the other user's account and do a File -> Import. Otherwise, you are going to be shipping that PST via UPS Red. :-) -----Original Message----- From: A.
