Outlook 2000/XP with Exchange 5.5

Please help
someone who has left the company set this up:
2 exchange accounts
user A, user B
within one outlook profile
add user A mailbox first
in the advanced->additional mailboxes. add user B mailbox
when send email from user A, the sent item goes to user A's sent item
folder
automatically
when send email from user B, the sent item goes to user B's sent item
folder
automatically
One day suddenly, when send email from user B, the sent item goes to user
A's sent item folder automatically
and the email indicates that it is sent from user A
How to return to the previous setting b4?
happens for Outlook 2000 and XP with Exchange 5.5
Really urgent, please help
