Hi all, We are running Exchange 2000 and all clients are running Outlook 2000. Users cannot seem to change the read receipt option for incoming Internet mail i.e. - When they go to Tools ---> Options ---> Email Options ---> Tracking Options... The option to "Always send a response" is selected but greyed out. Is there anyway to change this setting so that the user is prompted if they want to send a read receipt to an outside sender?
