Linda, if you were having the problem with sending a new message, you need
to chose which account it is sent from.

I apologize, you are right.. I just tried it and it works as far as a reply
to the message...  Guess I didn't pay as much attention to it as I
thought...

 

wkreqis@xxxxxxxxxxx is our help desk for our all users (internal).. we don't
support anyone externally...

I tried it out in our system. If I open the "helpdesk"'s inbox folder and
reply to a message. The "From:" field is helpdesk, not mine. So the person
who receives the mail thinks it's from helpdesk. The actual mail does
however go into my sent folder, not the helpdesk sent folder.

Maybe a rule could be built to move the message to helpdesk sent folder, I
don't know I haven't played with it.

            What are y'all doing with {wkreqis@xxxxxxxxxxx
<mailto:%7bwkreqis@xxxxxxxxxxx> } now? How do your people access that mail?
