Linda, if you were having the problem with sending a new message, you need to chose which account it is sent from. I just tried it and it works as far as a reply to the message... Guess I didn't pay as much attention to it as I thought... wkreqis@xxxxxxxxxxx is our help desk for our all users (internal).. we don't support anyone externally... Thanks again, Linda -----Original Message----- From: Stelley, Doug [mailto:dstelley@xxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, May 07, 2003 10:47 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] RE: Outlook 2000 SP3 / Exchange 2000 SP3 Question http://www.MSExchange.org/ I tried it out in our system. If I open the "helpdesk"'s inbox folder and reply to a message. The "From:" field is helpdesk, not mine. So the person who receives the mail thinks it's from helpdesk. The actual mail does however go into my sent folder, not the helpdesk sent folder. Maybe a rule could be built to move the message to helpdesk sent folder, I don't know I haven't played with it. What are y'all doing with {wkreqis@xxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:%7bwkreqis@xxxxxxxxxxx> } now? How do your people access that mail?
