Your server's public IP address has no reverse DNS lookup. Ask your ISP to either (a) establish the reverse DNS records for your mail servers, or (b) change the responsible DNS server for your IP network to your server (if you have the entire class C, otherwise they probably wouldn't do this). _____ From: Thomas Belongie [mailto:tbelongie@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Wednesday, June 29, 2005 6:29 PM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Outgoing mail to AOL.COM http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi Everyone, We switched over to a new ISP last Friday and everything seems to be going okay aside from the fact that we are now unable to send mail to AOL.com. My outgoing queue has 67 messages in it that have failed to be delivered and I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on why these messages won't transfer. Thanks in advance for your feedback! -Thomas
