It's the mailbox.

I have opened her mailbox on my PC and it gives me the same problem.
I opened another mailbox on her PC and it works fine.

It's not the PC.

I also moved all her mails out to a PST, deleted her mailbox, recreated a
new mailbox and copied the mails back.. It still gives me this problem.

It seems to be a problem in one of the e-mails. The problem is that this
problem also occurs on newly arrived e-mails.

Can you replicate the behavior on another computer? See if you can localize
the problem to her computer or her account...

Hi all,

I have a single mailbox which is giving me problems.

The client runs Office XP. Whenever the user tries to move a mail, read an
e-mail or (sometimes) change folders, she gets the 'Requesting data from
Exchange Server' box, and takes around 10 seconds to open or move the mail.

All other mailboxes (even on the same client) work perfectly.

What's the cause of this? Any idea?

Thanks and regards.
Andy.
