One Mail Server for 2 domains...

Hi
I have an interesting scenario. I have 2 separate domains on the network.
I want to setup a mail server which could handle the user accounts of two
seperate domains on the same network.
I want to have "umar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" and "umar@xxxxxxxxxxxx" handled by
the same MS EXCHANGE SERVER 2000.
The scenario doesnt click logically in my mind but i have a feeling it
might just be possible. It would save the hassle of 2 seperate mail
servers also.
Is it possible? Plz guide...
