Greetings I not sure if this will solve your problem cause your time-outs are not that normal. This KB article http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;830827 has a description of configuring time out. Note: you must be using FORM based authentication. I had to rebuild the server and generated a new certificate for outlook web access. The problem is that session expires so fast so you can just log in and if you try to send anything, it tells you that you have to enter user name password again.
