1. Make sure he is entering the Alias into the mailbox field.
2. Check whether he has 'Log on Locally'  enabled for the user.
3. Try logging into the users mailbox from OWA using the Exchange Server

We have a user who can't access his mailbox using OWA.  He tried from
several machines and 
kept getting "OWA was unable to get to your inbox" error message.  Other
users are able to
get in just fine.  It seems like he is the only user.  We have checked to
make sure that he is
using the right Exchange account to login.  He is able to use Outlook client
just through.

Anyoone has any ideas?
