Anonymous and IWA are checked (which is the same as it was when it
worked...which was for the last year).

I still have get the same error if I access the page directly.

OK, that was the obvious first thing to check, let's see what else.

That number translates to 0x80070005 -- access denied. :-)

Is basic and anonymous set on the IISADMPWD virtual directory, with IWA
unchecked?

If you access it directly (https://server/iisadmpwd) is there a change
in behavior?

Here is something worth looking at:
http://www.jsnpc.com/SBS_Book/IT/OWA_Password_Configuration/body_owa_pas
sword_configuration.html

That's all I can think of at the moment.

I have ensured that I followed the steps in the KB, but still not dice.
I can't seem to find much about this anywhere.

This describes a change that happened in SP1. You may need to do a bit
of reconfig:

Server 2003 SP1
Exchange 2003 SP1

We are using the iisadmpwd change method in IIS to allow users to change
their passwords through OWA. Recently (most likely after installing
Server 2003 SP1, but not totally positive of the exact time) users have
been getting error 2147024891 when trying to change their passwords.

I can't seem to find anything on this. I am guessing it is some
permissions change that SP1 made, but not sure. Any ideas?
