OWA or OMA cannot access

Hi

We are running windows 2003 and Exchange 2003 server to evaluation and ready for users trial. We have problem OWA and OMA or ActiveSync cannot access or very very slower sometime, have to reboot server and make everything back. We check server when issue happen , store service takes about 50% cpu when OWA is very very slower sometime. When OWA or OMA cannot access, cpu and memory is very low, looks exchagne server is unfunction. We are using two 930 Mhz cpu, 1.2 G memory compaq server do a trial server. Any suggestion?
